1. Purpose

5. Non-Retaliation

Work Schedule strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, reports misconduct or participates in an investigation. 6. Investigations

Upon receipt of a report, Work Schedule will:

• Acknowledge the report where possible.
• Conduct a prompt and impartial investigation.

Employees are expected to cooperate fully with investigations.

7. False or Malicious Reports

While all good-faith reports are protected, knowingly submitting false or malicious allegations is a violation of this Policy and may result in disciplinary action.

8. Policy Review
